Mr. Byrd has been admitted to the practice of law since 1989 and focuses on securing the financial futures of Tampa Bay's diverse families. As such, his primary areas of practice are Family Law and Estate Planning, including: divorce, child custody, child support and visitation, adoption as well as preparing last wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney.
