Mr. Byrd has been admitted to the practice of law for 21 years and he established Byrd Legal Counsel, PA in 2001 to provide excellent legal counsel. Kim focuses on securing the financial futures of Tampa Bay's diverse families. As such, his primary areas of practice are Family Law and Estate Planning, including: divorce, child custody, child support and visitation, as well as preparing last wills, trusts, living wills, powers of attorney.
